We offer two installation paths for mobile users. Android users download our APK file directly from our website; iOS users access ernita through their mobile Safari or Chrome browser without a separate app. Both methods give you full access to sports markets, live-dealer games, slots, and esports, plus account management and withdrawal requests.

Common Installation Issues on ernita
Android users may see a warning: "This type of file can damage your device." This warning appears because Google Play Store is not the source; we distribute our APK directly. To proceed, tap "OK" and confirm installation. Go to your device Settings, find Security or App management, and enable "Unknown sources" or "Install unknown apps" for your browser or file manager. After installation, you can disable this setting again if you prefer.
Some users cannot find the downloaded file. On Android, check your Downloads folder (usually accessible from the file manager app, or open the browser's Downloads menu). If the file is not there, your browser may have blocked it; check browser settings and allow downloads from ernita.net. On iOS, there is no file to manage—just visit our website and bookmark it. If the page loads slowly, clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
If you see "Certificate not trusted" on iOS, your phone's date and time may be incorrect, or your network is intercepting the connection. Check your phone's date/time settings and ensure you are connected to a trusted network (avoid public WiFi without a password). If the issue persists, try again on mobile data or a different network.
Account Data, Permissions, and Security on ernita
When you install ernita and create an account, we collect your full name, email, phone number, date of birth, and residential address. During KYC verification, you upload a government-issued photo ID (national card, passport, or driver's license). We use this information to confirm your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money-laundering law. We never share this data with third parties except payment processors and compliance partners. Your KYC documents are encrypted and stored securely; they are not used for marketing or sold.
Our app requests permission to access your device's notifications (Android) and location services only if you enable them. We do not access your contact list, camera, or microphone.
